Mahamane Touré’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to create Strutt & Finn Advisors, with a partner in the UK, to help uncover opportunities for companies looking to do business in Africa. He also has a keen interest in developing burgeoning African businesses.

 With a background in aviation, Mahamane has seen the industry from the perspective of the OEM, the regulator and that of a financier. He started his career as an engineer at Boeing, and subsequently returned to Washington, DC to further the FAA’s international outreach program. Having recently returned to the private sector, he is currently responsible for leading his company’s expansion into Africa, the Middle East, India and Turkey.

Mahamane holds Bachelor and Masters degrees, in Aerospace Engineering, from the University of Maryland and Syracuse University respectively. He is also a graduate of Georgetown University and ESADE Business School’s Global Executive MBA program.
