Mark Sterns, is President and Founder of Higher Power Aviation (HPA), a FAA Part 142 training center based at Dallas/Fort Worth. HPA is a global aviation training leader, providing training services to airlines, corporate VIP flight departments, military services, government agencies and individuals. HPA has 2,500 B737 graduates hired by Southwest Airlines alone. HPA trains aircrew for presidential aircraft for countries in Africa, Asia and South America.

Mr. Sterns, with 25 years executive aviation training experience, has served as chief executive for 3 different FAA simulator training centers. He brokered simulators with placements at United Airlines, was the incorporator and director of a US FAR 135 operator, consulted FAR Part 141 flights schools, and served as CEO at companies ranging to $16M in revenues. He holds a magna cum laude business degree and MBA and served as business manager of a law firm and ABA-approved law school. In 2009, Mark and his wife Paula of 35 years, were selected as Alumni of the Year-Service to Alma Mater at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees.
